1. The Home Page

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your practice's statistics and activities.
  • Statistics: View the number of (today / monthly / total) visits, and total patients.
  • Graphs: Analyze recent visits with graphs displaying visits for the last 7 days, current month, and current year.
  • Recent Visits Table:
    • Each row shows key information for a visit: Visit ID, Patient Name, ID Card, Phone Number, Patient's Gender.
    • Available Actions:
      • View Visits: Displays all visits for the specific patient.
      • Delete: Removes the visit from the system.
      • View & Download Prescription: View or download the prescription associated with the visit.
On this homepage, there are:
  1. Four Overview Boxes
    • A box showing the number of Today’s Visits
    • A box showing the number of Monthly Visits
    • A box showing the Total Number of Visits
    • A box showing the Total Number of Patients
  2. A weekly visits chart for a quick view of recent trends.
  3. A calendar for easy scheduling and quick reference.
  4. A chart displaying visits for the current month.
  5. A chart displaying visits for the current year.
  6. A table listing the details of the last 50 visits, displaying the Visit ID, Patient’s Name, Patient ID, Patient’s Phone Number, Patient’s Gender, and available Actions. The actions include:
    • View Patient Visits: Display all visits for this patient
    • Delete Visit: Remove this visit from the database
    • View Prescription: View the prescription in a designed format
    • Download Prescription: Download the prescription as a PDF for printing

2. Patients Page

This page allows you to easily manage your patient list and their informations.
  • Patient Search: Look up a specific patient by name or other information.
  • Patients Table: Lists patients with their name, ID card, phone number, and gender.
  • Available Actions:
    • Add Visit: Schedule a new visit for this patient.
    • View Visits: Access the history of visits for the patient.
    • Add Medical Certificate: Generate a certificate for the patient.
    • View Medical Certificates: Display all certificates issued for the patient.
    • Edit & Delete: Update or remove patient information.

3. Add Visit Page

The Add Visit page allows you to document new patient visits by entering essential details such as:
  • Price: Set the cost for this visit.
  • Treatment: Describe the treatment given to the patient.
  • Notes: Add any internal notes related to the visit. These notes are not included in the patient’s prescription.
  • Tip: You can change the value of the 'Default Price for Visits' in the Profile page.

4. View Visits Page

The View Visits page provides a detailed overview of a patient's visit history through two main features:

Visit Calendar: This section uses a calendar-like grid to display each day of the month:

  • Colored Boxes: A colored box indicates that the patient had a visit on that day.
  • Gray Boxes: Gray boxes show days without any visit.
  • Note: Clicking on the colored box will take you to the detailed view of the corresponding visit in the visits timeline.

Visits Timeline: Each visit is displayed on a timeline, making it easy to review past visits in chronological order. Information shown includes:

  • Visit Date and Time: When the visit took place.
  • Price and Treatment Details: A summary of treatment and the cost associated.
  • Internal Notes: Any notes added by the doctor during the visit.

5. Add Certificate Page

The Add Certificate page allows you to create a new medical certificate for a patient by entering essential details, including:

  • Certificate Content: Enter the text of the certificate, including all relevant medical information.

6. View Certificates Page

The View Certificates page provides a detailed overview of a patient's medical certificates history, displayed through two main features:

Certificate Calendar: This section uses a calendar-like grid to display each day of the month:

  • Colored Boxes: A colored box indicates that a certificate was issued for the patient on that day.
  • Gray Boxes: Gray boxes represent days without any certificates.
  • Note: Clicking on the colored box will take you to the detailed view of the corresponding certificate in the certificates timeline.

Certificates Timeline: Each certificate is displayed on a timeline, making it easy to review past certificates in chronological order. Information shown includes:

  • Certificate Date: The date when the certificate was issued.
  • Certificate Content: A summary of the certificate content..

7. Statistics Page

Track your activity's evolution with detailed statistics in MediTrack.
  • Key Metrics:
    • Display (daily / monthly / annual) Visits
    • Display (today / monthly / annual) Revenue
  • Dynamic Graphs: Obtain a visual overview of visits, revenue and new patients for a specific period (month or year).
  • Note : Click on the calendar in the graph to select the month or year for viewing the statistics.

8. Add Patient Page

Quickly add new patients to your database.
  • Fields to Fill: Patient Name, ID Card, Phone Number, and Gender.
  • Tip: Ensure all information is accurate to avoid duplicates and ensure efficient record management.

9. Profile Page

Customize your profile, which is essential for generating prescriptions and medical certificates.
  • Modifiable Information: First Name, Last Name, Specialization, Default Price for Visits, Phone Number, Email, Location, etc.
  • Impact: This information will dynamically appear on prescriptions and medical certificates, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

10. Settings Page

Personalize your application experience.
  • Language Settings: Change the application language and additional language settings.
  • Password Management: Update your password for secure access.
  • Prescription Settings: Adjust prescription design parameters, including color and layout of additional language information.
On this page, you can:
  • Change the system language
  • Set an additional language, allowing you to write your prescription description in two languages: the primary language and an additional language
  • Customize the prescription color
  • Choose whether to display your description in the additional language on the prescription or hide it
  • Decide whether to place your description in the additional language above or below your primary language description on the prescription
  • Change your password
  • Note: You can preview the prescription design after customizing it by clicking the "View Prescription Example" button

11. Subscription Page

Manage your subscription to MediTrack.
  • Subscription Details: Note that MediTrack is a paid application with a monthly subscription fee of $5.
  • Activation: Ensure your subscription is active to access all features.
  • Input Subscription Key: Enter your subscription key to validate and activate your account. Keys must be purchased from the MediTrack main site.
